- Q. Why should I pay to have HT Install mount my television?
A. We are professionals at what we do, which is why we take great care with the installation. A TV can cost you thousands, which is why you should make sure that you have a professional mount it, ensuring that it will never fall and break.
- Q. Is HT Install a fully insured company?
A. Yes, HT Install is covered for up to $1,000,000 dollars in damages up to 3 times per year. HT Install has yet to submit an insurance claim for any work that has ever been completed
- Q. How long has HT Install been in business?
A. We have been in business as HT Install for just over six years, however we were previously under a different name long before (Cammarato Consultants).
- Q. Free Wall Mount & Free HDMI wires? Whats the catch!?
A. There is no catch! We provide these for FREE with each premium installation, easily saving you hundreds of dollars instantly!
- Q. Where do you service in NJ
A. We service all of New Jersey! Included in our pricing is a 25 Mile radius from our home base. Any job outside of that service area is subject to a mileage fee depending on the size of the installation. Mileage fee is dependent on how far outside of our service area the job is located.
- Q. Your prices are similar to Best Buy, what makes HT Install different?
A. We are a custom installation company who takes great care of our customers and are meticulous with everything we do – going the extra step big companies won’t. Our prices are very competitive and on top of that, we offer you a FREE wall mount & FREE HDMI wires, something you won’t find anywhere else
- Q. Do you match or beat your competitor's pricing?
A. Absolutely! We GUARANTEE the cheapest prices in New Jersey, so in the rare event you find lower pricing; we will beat it by 10% of the difference. All we require is proof that you are receiving the same services and installation at a lower price from a legal home theater business who is also insured in the state of New Jersey!
- Q. Are Deposits Or Consultation Fees Refundable?
A. All sales are final, as are deposits. HT Install allows the rescheduling of an installation a total of (one) 1 time, however if it goes beyond that, we are required to take a percentage of the job as deposit plus cost of all equipment purchased. If a job it is rescheduled at a later date, the full installation cost must be paid, less the equipment cost. Consultation fees will be deducted off of the installation should you decide to move forward with any installation, making it free. If however you do not move forward, the consultation fee is lost.
- Q. What about electrical outlets, do you install them?
A. Yes, we can install code compliant powerbridges wherever needed to hide electric wiring in wall. Please note that you cannot pull any television power cord through the wall as it is a fire hazard and against code.
